Now that it’s summer fruit season, our local farmers market has awesome peaches. I’ve been trying to make a decent diaquiri with fresh peaches for years, and I think I’ve finally come up with a decent recipe.
1 medium peach, flesh cut off the pit.
1 oz lime juice
1 oz lime juice
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 oz rum
scant 1/8 tsp allspice
½ Cup crushed ice
Blend until totally combined
